Things that are important to us
Our Values
We humanize selling
Sales and salespeople are often spoken about in a derogatory fashion. The stereotypical image of a seller is someone who will do or say anything just to get you to sign on the line that is dotted.
We at Salesframe feel that this is categorically untrue. By and large the vast majority of sellers are honest, empathetic people who genuinely want to help their customers solve their problems and improve their lives, businesses or whatever needs improving.
If you’re a Salesframer, you appreciate sales, you believe in sellers and want to improve the reputation of selling.
We’re not faceless
Until recently, for most of our existence, we’ve been a small team but no matter how large we grow we will never become a faceless organization where the closest interaction you can have with us is via a chatbot.
If you’re a Salesframer, you’re someone who’s proud to be yourself, be it within the team or with customers.
Be understood, make sure you understand
We’re a multicultural company and we have customers from dozens of countries. That’s why it’s important to communicate clearly.
In other words: if you can’t say something simply, don’t cover it up by using fancy language. Our communication is held to that standard. We want to be understood, and we make sure we understand you.
Full transparency
Ever since the beginning, we have had a policy of transparency within the company and towards our customers. Regardless of whether the sun is shining or there’s rain clouds coming, we keep everyone on the same page.
Oh, and if we screw up, we own our mistakes.
Celebrate every success
Everyone deserves to be recognized for great work and everyone should be proud to celebrate their successes.
