Sharing & Tracking Content with Memosites

Share your content with customers

Memosites are a feature for sending materials, offers, or any content to customers in a memorable way. Any type of file can be included in Memosites and shared with customers via one link. Users can also record and add video greetings to Memosites.

Watch here for a short video guide on how to create Memosites:

Create a Memosite from a Presentation

Sharing for customers starts by clicking the ‘Create Memosite’ button in the Presentation deck. The color of the deck will change to indicate that the user is creating a Memosite. You can still navigate Salesframe and add materials, just like you would into a presentation. There are a few ways to edit and personalize your Memosite:

  • Give your Memosite a name. This is a mandatory field to be filled.

  • Add video greeting – here there are two options for adding a video greeting to Memosite:

  • Record a video greeting is an in-app feature for recording on the go. After clicking it, the user can start recording on the device and include this personal video greeting on Memosite.

  • Upload a file if the video was made earlier. Select the video file from the device and use it as the video greeting on Memosite.

  • Add text greeting is available to write something for the customer and include this text in the material.

  • Re-order, add, or delete content on the Memosite deck. If finetuning is needed or you notice errors, content changes can be directly made while finalizing Memosite.

  • Preview is a feature to show how the Memosite looks for the customer.

Saving and settings

When you are done with building your Memosite, clicking “Publish” will save it and create a shareable link.

  • Users can click the link to test how it opens on the web browser and how it appears for customers.

  • Copy the link and paste it into messages in any communication channel. Common ways for sharing are via email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp, etc. Users can distribute the link in any channel in which they would normally reach out to customers, prospects, or other stakeholders.

  • There are also a few settings available that can be useful in some customer situations:

  • Set an expiry date if the material should not be available after a certain time. For example, giving a deadline for an offer or automatically removing customers’ access to materials after a campaign period or a season.

  • Set a password for the Memosite. For example, in confidential customer cases, users might want to prevent unauthorized access. By setting a password customer needs to know it to access Memosite.

  • Add labels for having different Memosite categories (for example: intro, recap, demo, offer, etc.) and the possibility to filter Memosite list based on that.

  • Send to CRM is a convenient feature for saving the Memosite link directly under the sales opportunity and client in the CRM system. Your team can define what is the right CRM entity. This enables the customer materials and offers to be automatically available in the CRM without manual filling or transferring.

Editing and Managing Memosites

Once Memosites are created, users can still edit & modify the content. When navigating to ‘My Memosites’ and selecting the right Memosite, they can select ‘Edit’. It opens the content in the Memosite deck, and it’s possible to add, remove, or modify the content. Users also have options for duplicating, renaming, and downloading Memosites.

This is useful for example if an error was made while creating the Memosite or if the users later want to add extra files or information and share it with the customers via the same old Memosite link.

In Memosite settings, users can add/change expiry dates, passwords, or labels for Memosites. Also, they can remove Memosites with ‘Delete’.

Track Engagement

Users can track how customers engage with sent materials. It helps to identify what the right sales opportunities are to focus on and when to follow up with prospects & customers.

Memosite statistics

When navigating to ‘My Memosites’ page in Salesframe, there’s a list of all created Memosites. Select the right Memosite to find its shareable link, copy the link, open the Memosite, and see statistics.

Statistics include numbers on how many times the Memosite has been opened, from how many devices, have PDFs of the Memosite been downloaded, and what is the total & average time spent on the Memosite. Below, users can see how much time was spent on individual content.

When clicking ‘Sessions’ users have a statistics breakdown for each Memosite visit. It gives transparency on what has happened every time Memosite was opened, and better visibility of when & how customers engage with materials.
