Customize Your Brand

Layout

There are lots of controls for adjusting your tool's branding and look. In Layout, each option has a little info button to explain its purpose. You can also access folder specific options, which allows you to adjust the branding on a folder level basis.

With Gallery, you can switch from text-based navigation to using images. All options for gallery can be found under that menu. Whenever you are making changes to the visual layout you will see the changes in the fully functional preview of Showroom.

Pay attention to these key settings

  • Background image – having a high-quality background image makes the tool more pleasant to use, especially when using Showroom. Avoid detailed and high-contrast images to ensure readability.

  • Logo – Keep in mind that the logo is used on the Dashboard, on Memosites and in Showroom. It is always best to use a high-quality PNG image with a transparent background.

  • Presentation deck & Content tab colors – Use your brand colors here to further customize the tool for your company. Make sure that the Presentation deck text color has enough contrast with the deck color.

  • Font name, color & size – Select a font which fits your brand. When setting the color, make sure that it is easy to read in Showroom. When having a large library structure or when using devices with small screens, it is recommended to use a slightly smaller font

  • Landing page title & title underlining – This is a place where you can use your company slogan to enliven Showroom. By underlining the title, you can emphasize the selected folder and make it easier to navigate in Showroom.

  • Folder icons – With folder icons you can enliven Dashboard and Library, as these icons are shown next to folder titles and help user to navigate in the structure. We recommend using transparent PNG images for the best result, but also images that illustrate the topic can be helpful. Folder icons can be set from folder options.
