User Access Control

General settings

User settings include First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone number. You can also set up access to Salesframe with SSO (see more information about SSO in the integration article).

Groups

Groups are easy to create and manage and you can control content visibility through user groups. Groups are also visible and used as filters in the analytics module (see more about analytics in its own section).

Roles

We have three user roles called Admin, Manager and User.

Admin has access to admin panel called “Admin Tools”. Here Admins can set up the environement in general, change settings, control user access, use file management and see analytics.

Managers are like users, but also have access to Analytics module like admins.

Users cannot use admin tools or analytics. Groups access control can limit users' access to various content.

Multi-factor authentication

MFA can be configured by users in user settings. However, this feature is hidden when SSO is used, because multi factor authentication would be arranged on the part of the SSO provider, such as Microsoft Entra ID.
