Part 2: The intro phase
In the second stage of this process, Lauri continues his video series by discussing the introduction phase of the first meeting.
He wants to show how the first five minutes of the meeting should go. To establish credibility with the customer, he aims to make himself appear as someone worth listening to, interesting and valuable, even if they do not end up purchasing the product.
He achieves this by starting with a throwaway insight, which is an easy piece of insight that he can repeat to other clients. It could be something he learned from a study, another customer or something he figured out on his own.
The point is that it's something the customer hasn't heard before. He uses this insight to bond with the customer and gain credibility.
Stay tuned for the next step in the process! 😉
