Part 5: The recap

In the final video of the series, Lauri delves into the final phase of his introduction meetings with customers: the recap phase

He explains that he always leaves five minutes for the end of a meeting to agree on action points and planning next steps. Rather than dictating the course of action, he encourages the customer to share their thoughts on how they would like to proceed, giving them a sense of control and ownership over the situation.

After the meeting, Lauri also makes a point to send a personalized, video-based recap message as soon as possible, ideally within 45 minutes of the meeting's end.

He emphasizes the importance of keeping these videos short, under 90 seconds, and personalized to the customer. This approach, he says, differentiates his company from others and helps to make the customer feel valued.

He notes that his process has been fine-tuned over the course of 10 years, but is always open to new ideas and insights.
